These sites aren't about slot machines, but they might be of interest to our visitors anyway. I hope you'll enjoy them.
I wrote and designed a really great website about poker a couple of years ago. The site no longer belongs to me, but that's okay, because the guy running the site now is better at webmastering AND knows more about poker and online poker rooms. I just hope that he keeps the cool logo. The site features real reviews of online cardrooms from a player perspective. It's not your typical poker room review site, either, which is usually an advertising vehicle. Unknown Poker offers advertising, but it should be pretty clear pretty fast that the reviews are sincere. The site also features information about the WSOP and the WPT.
InterCasino is the winner of the best online casino award for the last five years in a row, so I have to mention them. They are the very first online casino on the web and have one of the best reputations around... period.
Another cool site is Shirley Rosario's site about World Series of Poker players and online poker games. Her poker games journal is outstanding reading by itself, but it's especially fun to read her insights into what these poker players are like in real life. (If you're like me, you mostly just see them on tv.)
I couldn't possibly have a website with a page about cool websites without mentioning the best website on the internet for poker strategy, run by Steve Badger himself. Fantastic information there, enough to fill several poker books.
A poker strategy site with a narrower focus is Beat 6 Max Texas Holdem, which is the only site I've found which offers extensive strategy advice exclusively focused on short-handed, 6 max Texas holdem games.
More sites and subjects you might be interested in: poker and online gambling. These two sites cover both subjects well, and the poker site even offers real money poker games right there on the site. The online gambling site mentioned covers information related to almost every aspect of online gambling you can imagine, including deposit methods, bonuses, and casino reviews for all kinds of online casino, even live dealer casinos.
This is a good site for online poker reviews too. The reviews seem objective, and there are lots of cool poker strategy articles and odds calculators and stuff like that available on the site too.
On a more philosophical note, if you're interested in thinking and reading about the role of luck versus skill in gambling, you'll enjoy this unique guide to gambling games. The site features analyses of traditional casino games like slots and blackjack, but also examines sports betting and other gambling activities.
One of my favorite forum sites for slots players is the Slot Machines Forum. It is a fun site where you talk with other slot machine fanatics and learn which jackpots are ready to pop online.
Also, if you're interested in learning more about online gambling stuff, including slot machine and other gambling issues, then you'll love Gambling PhD. It's a rich content site with tons of information on all aspects of online gambling and online casinos, including slot machine games.
