The Light Speed slots game from RTG reminded me of the Little Green Men slot machine that I see in so many Vegas casinos these days. It's a 3 reel slot game with a progressive jackpot, and the pay table is right there on the machine, so you can see what you should be hoping for every time you spin the reels. The symbols on the machine include the classic little green men, flying saucers, ray guns, and similar things. The progressive jackpot always starts at $700, and this is a quarter slot, and that's the only denomination you can play the game in.

Light Speed's unique feature is the light speed meter on the sides of the reels. Every time you hit a "light speed" symbol, your light meter moves up, and it acts as a multiplier on your next win. The biggest multiplier you can get is 7 times.

My experience with the game was that the wins came less frequently than at some of the other Realtime Gaming slot games, but they were also larger, so if you're patient, it can be a lot of fun.
