You have choices of different ways to bet, the best odds come from the Pass/Don’t Pass or the Come/Don’t Come bets. If you stick to these you stand a 1.4% chance of winning over the guy next to you.

Do not bet on Craps2/Craps12, or The Field, or Horn, or Big6/Big8 or Any 7 as all of them can give the house a 16.7% edge over you. Stick to the above choices while using highest odds bets on the Pass when playing and highest odds on Come when you are ahead only. That will increase your edge over the house – not by much, but just enough to give you a fighting chance.
