West Virginia
is ready for a little glamour, and it looks as though it is
coming in the form of a casino. The Charles Town Races and Slots
was around for a long time, but it is now stepping into the 21st
century and has gotten a redo that residents cannot wait to see.
The slot machine casino is now going to be called the Hollywood
Casino at Charles Town Races and they could not be happier with
the name change.
The
parent company of the slot machine casino is Penn National
Gaming, and they said that the Hollywood brand has been very successful in their other
ventures and so they felt that this was as good a time as any
for them to try it out here. They said that they will have a
whole new look to the casino to go with the name change, and
with that new change comes the table games to keep their slot
machines company.
Jefferson
County
voters have approved for the casino to bring in table games
along side the slot machines and they know that this is going to
add to the amount of revenue that they have been bringing in.
They have allowed them to bring in table games along side
thousands of slot machines as they have been told that they
would be getting tons of new jobs out of it. Swayed by that,
they said that the decision to add them was fairly simple to
make.
