College Student Wins Millions

One Bunker Hill student is sitting pretty today after winning a small fortune at the slot machines. Shana Kelley, a 21 year old student at Bunker Hill College, was playing the slot machines at the Mohegan Sun Casino in Connecticut when she struck it big.

She was visiting the casino with her family, and when she hit the slot machine jackpot she initially thought that she had won thousands of dollars. It was not until she realized that her mom was going crazy over the fact that it was millions that she started to shake.

Kelley, of Somerville, Massachusetts, was playing the penny slot machines and won $3.5 million. She had lost around $100 when she hit the jackpot. She told the Boston Globe that she was hiring a lawyer and a financial planner to assist her with the winnings once she receives them.

She is planning on returning to school and purchasing a car and a house with her winnings.
