L.A. Slot Machine Consolidating

L.A. Slot Machine has signed a seven year lease to move to Redondo Beach. The slot machine company has moved from its El Segundo location to the Redondo Beach one in order to consolidate.

They currently have three company facilities, an area headquarters and distribution, and they are going to combine all of them together.

The lease is valued at more than $7 million for the location, as it has recently been upgraded and is an industrial facility. The property is located at 3730 Redondo Beach, and is more than 223,000 sq. ft. for the lot, and has 5,000 sq ft of newly refurbished office space.

The facility is a concrete tilt up structure, and has a high loading dock, large private yard, and places for more than 100 cars to park.

The Klabin Company sent Luke Staubitz and Harvey Beesen to represent the landlord in the deal and Grubb & Ellis represented L.A. Slot Machine.
