RealTime Announces SaleAfter much speculation into the RealTime sale – were they or weren’t they – it seems that they were. The online casino software provider RealTime has been sold to Hastings International B.V. which is based in Curacao. The company has been working very cloak and dagger these days with many speculating as to whether or not they had sold the company and/or moved it to another country. With many inquiring as to where they were going with it, it was about time for the company to make an announcement to the online gaming world. The new company has purchased the source code and programming team of the company, but no other plans are known for the future of the company at this time. When you go to their website, it is very barebones now with directions on how to get to their new parent company, but no other information. They are now listing Hastings as an Authorized Distributor of RealTime Gaming Software, and that they will be servicing all aspects of the online gaming community that they did before, and give information on how you may contact the new owners. With the new internet gambling rules and regulations that the United States government has been putting on the industry, RealTime Gaming felt it was in their best interest to avoid the fight and get out of the way. They did not want to “risk getting into legal troubles” and therefore decided to sell the company.
