YouTeller Must Stop Operating

With all of the problems that NETeller has these days, the last thing they need is more confusion. However, YouTeller, a completely unassociated company, has had some thinking that it was the same company as NETeller and that they had simply changed venues to assist with their legal problems.

This is not the case, says NETeller, and has had a cease and desist order issued to YouTeller. They say that the company is infringing on their trademark and that they must respond in wiring that they will comply. They say that the similarity of the name, as well as the fact that they do the same thing, will cause consumer confusion and are demanding that the company stop all business.

Many had tried to contact YouTeller, but they were not replying to attempts. Many thought that if they were truly starting up a company that they would be more forthcoming in how they would be working and how they were going to respond to the cease and desist order. Online gambling consultants agree with the case in that they say that many feel they are the same company, a situation that NETeller definitely wants to avoid.

YouTeller finally responded by saying that they are asking people to be patient while they set up their accounts, and that they are a much smaller company than NETeller so it is taking them longer to do so. They say they do not have an FSA register number, and that inquiries as to that should be directed to the FSA. However, slot machine players be warned, it looks as if they are only interested in poker sites, so even if they go forward they won’t be working with slot machine sites anyway.
