Lake of the Torches Casino Celebration

The Lake of the Torches Resort Casino in Lac du Flambeau, Wisconson, is happily celebrating its eleven year anniversary with a big party which will include nationally known comedian Bill Engvall. The casino is proud to have served the town for the past several years to the best entertainment, hospitality, and gaming around.

The casino says that they are excited to have such a big celebrity here to help them celebrate and feel that they can really give back to the town with Engvall’s performance. He is nationally known as the host of CMT’s “Country Fried Videos,” and has a movie coming up with Larry the Cable Guy and D.J. Qualls called “Delta Farce.” He is currently in production for a TV show as well as having a book just released last year.

His performance will be at 8 pm on Saturday, June 30^th, at the Lac du Flambeau Amphitheater. His performance will culminate their month long celebration, and there will also be a special Wheel of Torches drawing at the beginning of the month, then all month long they will have scratch off promotions as well. They have all kinds of promotions going on for the month, these are just a few of them.

The casino has more than 800 slot machines, 12 blackjack tables, two poker tables, a bingo hall, with a restaurant and food court as well. They have a hotel as well as a convention center, and a non-smoking area for those patrons who wish to use it. The casino is located on the shores of Pokegama Lake, and anyone who has been there knows that it is absolutely beautiful there.
