Faison Admits Theft of Money

David Faison was in the news recently as he was under suspicion of theft of governmental money. He was accused of stealing uncut sheets of 100-dollar bills, equaling more than $67,000. He was caught trying to feed them into slot machines in Atlantic City, where he was hoping to dump the sheets and make himself some money at the same time.

On September 6th, Faison pled guilty to the charges, and admitted that he did steal the money. He has been found guilty of stealing counterfeiting materials and is looking at up to a year in prison, as well as $37,000 restitution.

Faison was caught feeding the bills into the slot machines in Atlantic City, West Virginia, and Delaware after it was realized that the bills didn’t have their government seals or serial numbers.
